Payment & Shipping Process

DELIVERY METHOD: SHIP TO MY ADDRESS
COCOLAB ORDER SHIPPING PROCESS

  • PAYMENT METHODS
    Payment for orders should be made within 7 days, failing which, we will not hold your order and it will be canceled.
    *Please note that any discounts or vouchers applied in the order will also be canceled.

  • SHIPPING ORDERS
    Orders are shipped out the following working day after payment confirmation (kipleBiz, eGHL, Credit Card, Debit Card, e-Wallets or with receipt of Bank Transfers). A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped out successfully.

  • SHIPPING RATES
    Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your cart at checkout. Rates may vary between different countries.

    Free Shipping is available for local Malaysian orders within West Malaysia above RM100 for standard delivery. This will be applied automatically at checkout.



    For Lalamove Same Day Delivery, shipping fee will depend on total weight of order and address distance. Lalamove Delivery is only available in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor at the moment.
    For Express Courier Delivery in Malaysia, shipping fee will depend on total weight of order.

    For international orders, shipping fee will be shown at Checkout page.

    The final shipping charge will be reflected based on weight at the Checkout page.


    There are no shipping charges or pick-up fees for 'Self-Collect' methods.

    Standard delivery is chosen by default. Please change to Lalamove or Express Delivery at checkout page if you need your deliveries expedited.

  • TRACK YOUR ORDER
    A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with the courier service used and the tracking number. Copy the tracking number and paste it into the courier company's website below (Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the courier company to reflect your tracking details in their system):

  • DELIVERY PERIOD
    We place the highest importance on making sure your order reaches you as soon as possible. Delivery period starts once you have received your shipping confirmation email. Below are the estimated delivery periods:

    Lalamove Delivery
    Kuala Lumpur / Selangor: Delivery is completed within 1 working day (order by 11am today, receive by today evening. Order after 11am today, receive by tomorrow)
    Select DOOR2DOOR for door to door complete delivery. Extra charges applies (suitable for high rise buildings, areas where paid parking is necessary for drop off)
    *Lalamove Delivery is chargeable. Rates calculated depend on total weight, total distance of shipping address and type of service

    Express Courier Delivery
    West Malaysia: Delivery takes 1-2 working days (order by 12pm today, receive following day)
    East Malaysia: Delivery takes 1-4 working days (order by 12pm today, receive by 3rd day)
    *Express Delivery is chargeable

    Standard Delivery
    West Malaysia: Delivery takes 1-5 working days
    East Malaysia: Delivery takes 1-7 working days
    *current delivery timeframe to West Malaysia may take up to 7 working days due to EMCO and courier partner parcel overload
    *current delivery timeframe to East Malaysia may take up to 15 working days due to CMCO and flight restrictions

    Singapore: Delivery takes 1-7 working days

    International: Delivery takes 7-15 working days & is subject to customs clearance (which may take longer)

    *Please note that deliveries during Lockdown / Movement Control Order may experience some delays which are beyond our control

  • CUSTOM CHARGES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
    Unfortunately COCOLAB is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by COCOLAB. For more accurate information, we suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so that you are not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

  • PAYMENT METHODS FOR SELF-COLLECT
    Payment for orders using "Pay Now" should be made within 7 days, failing which, we will not hold your order and it will be canceled.
    Payment for orders using "Pay at Outlet" should be made within 7 days, failing which, we will not hold your order and it will be canceled. Please let us know beforehand if you wish to make payment and collection at a later date.
    *Please note that any discounts or vouchers applied in the order will also be canceled.

  • HOW TO COLLECT ORDER
    A) "I Will Pick Up the Order"
    - Select this option if you will be picking up the order in person. Please ensure payment emails are ready to be verified by our staff (see Collection of Orders section)

    B) "Someone Else Will Pick Up the Order"
    - Select this option if you have assigned someone else other than yourself to pick up the order. This is useful if you are assigning your driver / Grab delivery guy / friend / employee to pick up the order on your behalf.
    - Key in their info as required and give them an e-copy of your payment / order emails for verification.
    *Please note that we will only pass the order to the assigned person
    *For pick-up orders that are to be paid by in the outlet, please ensure your assigned is aware of making payment at the outlet.


  • COLLECTION OF ORDERS
    A) "Pay Now" method
    - Once payment has been made, you will receive a Payment Successful email AND a COCOLAB Invoice email. Please do not delete these emails as it will be used for verification purposes during collection.
    - Head over to selected outlet location to collect your order.
    - Show BOTH Payment Successful AND COCOLAB Invoice emails to our staff, and verify your email address (present emails using your smartphone, no print-out necessary).
    - Collect your purchases according to your order.

    B) "Pay at Outlet" method
    - You will receive an Order Successful Notification email. Please do not delete this email as it will be used for verification purposes during payment and collection.
    - Head over to selected outlet location to complete payment and collect your order.
    - Show Order Successful Notification email to our staff, and verify your email address (present email using smartphone, no print-out necessary).
    - Complete payment via cash according to order total.
    - Collect your purchases according to your order.

  • SELF-COLLECTION FEES
    There is no pick-up or self-collection fee for this.

  • SELF-COLLECTION PERIOD
    You can choose your preferred self-collect date, time and location at the checkout page. You do not need to arrive at the exact time for self-collection as long as you arrive within the outlet's opening hours.
    Time selection is just a rough estimate of your arrival so that your order can be prepared by our staff.

  • SELECTED OUTLET
    Please collect your purchases from the selected outlet. Only your selected outlet will receive details of your purchase and prepare your order.
    Collection in other outlets besides the selected outlet will not be available unless requested via email.
